The room is a lovely 18m^2 flat overlooking Niederdorfstrasse, furnished with a bed frame a couch and an open closet (we are looking for someone who will also buy them at the total cost of 300Fr). The kitchen and the bathroom is shared with 2 flat mates.
The location is directly in the heart of the city with 8 min. walk to HB (main train station), 6 min. walk to Central (main tram station) and 6 min. walk to ETH and UZH zentrum campuses.
We are Dimitrios 23 (M,Greek) doing a masters at ETH and David 30 (M,English) working at ETH. We are both social, but not overbearing and are just looking for a third flatmate who is tidy and who we think our personalities will match best.
