You would share the apartment with another part-time student (early 20s). We are rather quiet, appreciate order, but also enjoy a shared dinner sometimes.

What we wish for
You are reliable, financially capable, and respect communal living. The rental agreement will be taken over directly by you under the same conditions (preferably students or weekly residents).
