Single room for rent - 8953 Dietikon, Gallenmattstrasse 5

Hello,

we are Sandra (53), Amelie (18), and Zaco (Dog/10). In an attached studio live Lena (35), Enrique (32), and Baby C.

We share the large garden as well as the laundry room/basement with them. The house is a cozy single-family home on the outskirts of the city with good connections to Zurich main station. The river is also not far and invites you to swim in the summer.

Just a little input on the additional costs, most of these are already included in the rent, but there may be fluctuations in the semi-annual utility bill. These depend on the consumption of water, electricity, and heating oil.

Overall, we are a cheerful and rather quiet shared apartment.
