I am renting out my cozy, bright room indefinitely from June 2025. The apartment is quietly located, yet centrally located near the blood donation center in St. Fiden. From the room you have direct access to the large balcony, which is lovingly maintained by my roommate (40 years old, former make-up artist and PH student) and offers a green view of the adjacent allotment gardens. The apartment is cozy, nicely furnished and clean. So if you are a tidy person who doesn't like it perfect, but tidy and well-kept, you've come to the right place.

The price includes utilities, furniture, internet, insurance, radio and television license fee, as well as disposal fees and can be discussed according to your needs.
