My name is Vishal (30 yo, m). I am looking for a sub-tenant to rent a furnished room in my flat. The room is available from 01 September 2025 for 6 months to 1 year, with possibility of further extension.

About myself:

I am a working professional in a Swiss engineering company. I am easy going, socially extroverted and like to do sports (badminton, boxing, cycling, basketball). I am also into dancing and cooking. I speak English, Hindi and moderately good German.

Looking for:

I am looking for a working professional, phd student or a student. Ideally, I am looking for a person who would like to socialize and be up for doing things together. The person should be generally responsible, take care of the shared things/furniture, must maintain cleanliness and help in weekly tasks.

About room and apartment:

• The room is approx 15 m2. It is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, closet, desk and chair.
• The apartment is fully furnished (living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom).
• A small storage room in the apartment, velo(bike) parking room, and a cellar.
• Shared washing machine and dryers for the building in the laundry room

Nearby:

• Migros, Denner are within a 5-10 min walk, 2 min with velo
• Aldi, Coop, Turkish shops are within 10-15 mins walk, 5 mins with velo

Sports facilities:

• Secondary school 4 mins of walking distance to do outdoor sports
• Glattpark is 10 mins bikeride away to have a great picnic and sports sessions.
• Seebach badi is 5 mins bikeride away for swimming
