From June 1st or by arrangement, we are renting out a room in an existing 4.5-room shared apartment for 3 people, with a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large living/dining/kitchen area. In addition to the total costs of 889 CHF, there is an additional contribution for internet & TV.

Room
The room is a bright, rectangular space with a size of 11 m². It offers a view to the north and a wide view to Oberengstringen. The IKEA bed frame (180 x 200 cm) visible in the photo can be taken over free of charge if needed.

Apartment
The apartment is located on the 5th floor (elevator available) with views to the south, west, and north. The loggia offers a view of the Rietpark. There are new kitchen appliances as well as a private washing tower. On the ground floor, there is a fitness room for free use.

Location
The apartment is located in the modern Rietpark district in Schlieren. This includes, among other things, a large park, shopping facilities, and cafés. Within 3 minutes on foot, you can reach Schlieren train station with optimal connections by train, tram, and bus. Additionally, the Limmat can be reached on foot within 10 minutes.

Who we are
The shared apartment currently consists of Fynn and Michi. Fynn (28 years old) is active in sports, enjoys reading, and spends his free time with music and art. He completed his medical studies in Germany last year and is currently working in biomedical research. Michi (27 years old) is an office employee. Whether football, skiing, or hiking, Michi loves all sports (as long as he is active and doing something). He rarely says no to a board or card game. However, his biggest addiction is definitely traveling.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a nice and community-oriented person who is at the end of their studies or already employed. You should be between 23 and 32 years old, tidy in a healthy way, and non-smoking.
