I (m,36) have an apartment that is too big for me alone, which I would like to share with someone. With me, YOU have arrived on holiday. Architecturally, the neighborhood is like a Greek holiday resort, surrounded by greenery, and the huge terrace with jacuzzi & palm allows you to enjoy every evening to the fullest... Additionally, there are public transport options right outside the door that can quickly take you to Zurich/Winterthur or the airport. In just a few minutes on foot, you can also reach large shopping stores as well as cinema Resti, swimming pool, etc..

Details about the apartment:
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom, 1 office (I work from home 1 day/week), bathroom and kitchen; 2nd floor: fireplace, 1 bedroom and terrace. All rooms are fully furnished, can also be expanded/changed, and can be used together. It is a 2-person flatshare.

A bit about me: I work as an engineer and have lived in this apartment for 6 years. I am very sporty and always outdoors biking, jogging, swimming, hiking, riding my motorcycle, or in the community garden when the weather is nice. I am an optimistic and helpful person and always happy to join for a beer/wine or anything else to drink. I also enjoy cooking (daily) and you are welcome to participate and enjoy the food.
