About the apartment:
Our very well-located 5.5-room apartment is located in Alpenblick in Cham. From the 6th floor we have a great view of Lake Zug.
It is only a 3-minute walk to the Alpenblick train station - from there you can reach Zug in 6 minutes, Zurich in 35-40 minutes and Lucerne in 25 minutes. The motorway is also in the immediate vicinity: In just 2-3 minutes you are on the ramp and quickly in Zurich (30 min.) or Lucerne (20 min.).
Cham is one of the most livable communities in Switzerland - thanks in part to its proximity to the beautiful Villettepark (15 minutes on foot).
The local supply is optimal: Directly on the other side of the main road are Aldi, Lidl, Migros, fitness studio, gas station etc.
A small disadvantage: The street in front of the house is quite busy. This is compensated for by the great view of Lake Zug from our pragmatic, but very atmospheric balcony. We will soon make the living room even more comfortable with pictures, wood panels and other details.
The kitchen and bathroom are space-efficient, but offer everything you need. We will also soon be sprucing up the bathroom floor.

About the WG:
We, Johannes, Jonas and Frederik, are between the mid-20s and mid-30s and are internationally oriented professionally - which is why we are often on the road.

• Jonas is an IT entrepreneur with companies in Denmark and Germany.
• Frederik manages a biogas plant in northern Germany.
• Johannes works for an investment firm in Lucerne.

We are looking for someone who cultivates a similar lifestyle: uncomplicated, relaxed and professionally busy.

About the rental offer:
We offer a 11m² room for sublet.
In the course of the year, a change to the larger room (16m²) might be possible.
The apartment is fully furnished. You can move in relaxed and without problems.

The rent includes:

• Cold rent + heating costs

A flat rate for further additional costs, which we share, is added to the rent. This is then all-inclusive:

• Electricity, internet, household utensils (from toilet paper to dishwashing liquid), garbage bags, laundry card for the laundry room, as well as the radio and television fee (Serafe), fire department levy, private liability and legal protection insurance covering the apartment, as well as any heating cost adjustments are included in the price.
• In addition, a cleaning lady comes weekly and cleans the entire apartment.

Despite the great service, we expect you to leave the common areas as you find them, and to take on the odd chore if someone else has forgotten something.
Otherwise, we attach great importance to an uncomplicated life together and cultivate a considerate coexistence. Here and there we go for a drink together, go hiking and to the lake.
