Die Wohnung ist eine 3 ½-Zimmer-Wohnung, bestehend aus Flur, Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohnzimmer plus 1 Bad und einem Balkon.
Da ich für 2 Monate nicht anwesend bin, vermiete ich mein bereits möbliertes Zimmer vom 03.04.2025 bis 06.06.2025 unter. Die Küche ist bis auf den Geschirrspüler komplett ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind im Keller des Wohnhauses vorhanden.
Ich miete für ein Einzelzimmer für 1 Person!

The flat is a 3 ½ room flat, consisting of an entrance hall, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room plus 1 bathroom and a balcony.
As I am not present for 2 months I sublet my already furnished room from 03.04.2025 to 06.06.2025. The kitchen is complete with everything except the dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of the apartment building.
I rent a single room for 1 person!
