Large, bright and quiet room approx. 22 m2 with some furniture but without a bed. The maisonette apartment (approx. 94 m2) is divided into kitchen and living room upstairs and bedrooms/bathroom downstairs.

Basically, everything you need for living is available, including internet. The apartment also has a cozy balcony with a view of Mount Pilatus and the city. In the apartment there is 1 bathroom with toilet and bathtub-shower. Tumbler/dryer is in the laundry room in the basement and is shared with 5 other parties.

The location is perfect, by train from Allmend station you are in Lucerne in 2 minutes.

You would share the apartment with me, Tim, 29 :)

I work a lot from home and like to do sports (gym, road cycling, swimming in summer). In the evening I like to cook something.
