Starting in December, we are renting three rooms in this bright 3.5-room apartment in the best location directly in 8050 Oerlikon.

Here are the details:

• Rental start: Immediately, 01.09.2024 (at the latest 16.12.)
• Rent: 990 CHF per month (including utilities) for the smaller of the rooms
• Shared facilities: 1 x balcony for relaxing
• Additional costs per room: 100 CHF

Important:
The shared apartment will be newly established and freshly furnished by 01.12.

And now about you and what you should fulfill:

• You are between 18 and 30 years old
• You are either a student or already in the workforce
• Non-smoker 🚭
• If you come from abroad, you must have at least a B residence permit
