Hello, I am renting a room with its own separate bathroom in a large and bright two-bedroom apartment. The apartment is in Allenwinden on Alblisblick Street. It is 17 minutes from the center of Zug by bus, it is quiet, with greenery, views and trails. The rent is 1430 CHF, with storage and parking upon agreement.
I am a mechanical engineer, I have lived in Switzerland for years and I travel very often for work.
I am looking for a consistent roommate, with a good disposition who will respect the house. The house is next to a supermarket, post office, bus stop and two restaurants in the neighborhood.
The rent includes all monthly bills (water, heating, internet) and some extra bills that come once a year.
