Hello, I am renting an unfurnished room in a 4-room apartment in Vallorbe. Laundry on the ground floor, high-speed internet.
There will be 3 of us in the apartment.
No parking available downstairs, but a parking space for rent 100 meters from the home or free parking 10 minutes on foot from the home.
I am looking for someone serious, discreet, and disciplined.
I ask for 450 CHF every month and a 450 CHF deposit to be paid upon entry, which will be returned upon exit (please notify me 1 month before leaving).
All of this is non-negotiable.
