The great old building apartment was lovingly renovated in 2018 and offers a special ambience with a perfect combination of old and modern. It consists of three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and offers a small balcony, as well as access to a communal garden. In addition, there is a spacious cellar compartment and a shared laundry room with washing machine, dryer and clothesline. This is shared with the two parties in the house.

For the shared apartment, I am looking for two new roommates from July or by arrangement. Ideally under 35 years old. I appreciate uncomplicated people who like to communicate openly and enjoy participating in shared apartment life.

Location of the apartment: Very close to Olten train station (5min), FHNW and Sälipark (7min). Everything within walking distance.

The price of 700.- includes the room, WLAN, the use of the kitchen and living room furniture and the advance payment of the additional costs.
