Single room for rent - 8320 Fehraltorf, Obermülistrasse 45

We (Elena, 31, female, and Dea, 27, male) are looking for a pleasant and cordial person who would like to become part of our shared flat.

Our apartment is located in Fehraltorf, in a natural environment. The train station is about a 7-minute walk away and from there you can be in Zurich or Winterthur in about 20 minutes by train. You can also easily reach Migros and Coop in about 10 minutes on foot.

We are both working and Dea will soon also be starting university.

The spare bedroom is unfurnished, so you can furnish it to your own taste, including your own bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen, living room and all other communal areas are of course free for you to use. There is also a cellar and a garage in the house where bicycles can be safely stored.

We are looking for an open-minded person who is up for a chat, an evening of board games or a round of Mario Kart. However, it is also perfectly normal to simply withdraw from time to time and be on your own.

Moving in is possible from May 11 or immediately. The rent deposit is CHF 2000.

We are a non-smoking household. Pets on request, your age should be between 20 and 35 years, debt collection register is required, proof of solvency (you can decide how)
