Who we are:
Hi! We are Johanna (25), Desi (31), and Desi's sweet little dog Una (1). Together we are looking for a new flatmate who fits well with us.
Following the motto everything is possible, nothing is a must, we got to know each other as roommates and over time developed a relaxed friendship. With us, there is always something to laugh about, spontaneous conversations over one to three glasses of wine, but also space for retreat when you need your peace.
We both work full-time in the media industry, partly also from home, Desi likes to walk Una or go to the lake with friends, and you can also find Johanna seasonally at sports or traveling.

Your room:

• 15.5 m², marked in green on the floor plan
• Bright, well-shaped room
• You share the bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub with Desi, additionally there is a guest toilet
• Stable internet throughout the apartment and Swisscom TV – in the living room including Netflix, Sky, Disney, and Amazon Prime

About the apartment:
Our apartment has a total of 180 m² and offers:

• A spacious living area of 56 m², fireplace, and balcony
• Guest room and separate guest toilet
• A large private rooftop terrace of 160 m², winter garden, small sauna for two people, and space for relaxed barbecue evenings with a view over Zurich
• A cozy wine and card game cellar on the ground floor – ideal for fondue or game nights
• A charming kitchen with an older look but new appliances, including a Jura coffee machine and air fryer
• Washing machine and dryer directly in the apartment
• Own cellar compartment

Cleaning lady:
Included in the price and comes once a week.

Who we are looking for:
Someone employed who fits well with us – open, uncomplicated, considerate, tidy & clean but not fussy. Just someone who is looking forward to a relaxed and pleasant flatshare life.
