I am looking for a new flatmate for this great apartment in a quiet, natural yet central location. The tenancy can start at the earliest from August 1, 2025, ideally from October 1, 2025, depending on the agreement.

I am open to changes in the apartment furnishings in the ground floor, 3rd floor and garden seating area.
The rent of the apartment is CHF 2'480.00 per month including utilities. Your share is half. If, for example, you are a weekly resident in Gossau, your rent share is negotiable, other options are also conceivable for me.
You could also rent a parking space for a vehicle. The rental costs are CHF 50.00 for an outdoor parking space and CHF 140.00 for a garage per month.
Purpose-built flat share or shared cooking possible. I am uncomplicated. It is important that it suits both of us.
