We are renting a room of about 15m2 with private bathroom, access to the kitchen, a parking space and a winter shelter, as well as access to the garden. The place is calm and peaceful.

The room is furnished with a new bed 120/200, including bed linen and towels. A cleaning lady comes to clean once a month; the rest of the maintenance of the room-kitchen-bathroom is done by the tenant.

We are looking for a single person who has a car, is calm and organized, and is a non-smoker.

All expenses are included in the rent. A security deposit equivalent to the rent will be required in cash and will be returned at the end of the stay.

Les Paccots are easily accessible in summer and winter, 15 minutes from Vevey-Montreux, half an hour from Lausanne and one hour from Geneva. The highway is 5-10 minutes away.

The place is quiet and noise-free, and offers many walking opportunities in the surroundings.
