I'm moving out and my room in our lovely shared apartment will be available from July 1st.

The room is 20m2, bright, and has direct access to a private balcony – great for enjoying a sunny breakfast or evening chill. It comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, and a small table with two chairs on the balcony. I'm looking for someone who'd like to buy the furniture from me.
The apartment is in a quiet residential area near Wollishofen and very close to the lake. You'll be living with Rebekka and Yannick (ages 20–25). The atmosphere is relaxed, respectful, and easy-going.

· Migros and other shops nearby in Morgental
