Single room for rent - 4142 Münchenstein

I am looking for a roommate for my 2nd room for at least 6 months in a 3.5 room apartment in Munichstein.
The tram stop Walzwerk is just around the corner and the Basel SBB train station is reachable in 15 minutes by tram 10.
There is a lot of nature around, the Birs is reachable in 10 minutes and it is quiet with a beautiful view from the balcony.
The room is furnished and includes utilities.

I am looking for someone who likes cats, is independent and tidy.
