Single room for rent - 4132 Muttenz

From August 1, 2025, or by arrangement, I am looking for a roommate for my 2 ½ room attic apartment (100m2) with a 100m2 rooftop terrace/garden that is sunny all day.

The attic apartment is located in Muttenz near the Catholic church and the Schützenstrasse tram station.

On the terrace and in the apartment, there are many plants/pots that we can take care of together and water. Would that suit you and make you happy?
If so, and you are a non-smoker and vegetarian or vegan, love order and cleanliness, and therefore like to keep things tidy and ensure cleanliness, that could be a good match. :-)
:-) I take care of my home with care and love, which is why it is important to me that we both enjoy taking care of the apartment, the terrace, and everything that belongs to them together. Furthermore, a loving, peaceful, mindful, friendly, and honest interaction with each other is the basis for living together. If you feel the same, I look forward to your message.

I am often in our holiday apartment in the mountains, during this time you can enjoy the apartment all to yourself.

When I am also in the apartment, there are good retreat options for both of us, as there is a door on one side of the apartment that can be closed. This part of the room is a bedroom. Through a partial wall that separates the two room parts, one part can be used as a bedroom and the other as an office or for whatever you want to use that part of the room for. See photo 4). In the other living area, there is the (approx. 50 m2) open living and bedroom with access to the kitchen and rooftop garden. A hallway connects the two living areas, on the right side of which is the bathroom with toilet. If one of us wants to retreat completely, the cozy hobby room in the basement of the house is available for this purpose. It contains: bed, dresser, wardrobe, table, IKEA Wippi chair (Poeng), and a kettle. A toilet and a sink are outside the hobby room on the same floor (for the hobby room tenants) for shared use.

At the same time, I look forward to talking with you about God and the world, laughing, feeling, cooking together, and enjoying the food and being in the apartment and on the beautiful terrace. :-) If you like to go for a walk in nature together, I am always up for it if I have nothing else planned. I sometimes say: "I am a dog in human skin." So you can almost always take me for a walk. ;-) By the way, I grew up with 8 dogs.

Then I almost forgot something. ;-) In winter, the fire in the Swedish stove provides cozy warmth.

Apartment. The windows had to be replaced and are now painted white wood. Otherwise, the apartment is as shown in the photos. The rooftop garden still has many plants but much less than in the photos.... Certainly 100 pots less.
