Single room for rent - 4102 Binningen

After a wonderful time together, Marc is moving on – and we're now looking for someone who truly fits in with us. Our 5-person shared home (or better said, our little oasis of peace, nature, and genuine connection) has a room becoming available.
We live in a spacious house with 250 m² of living space – offering lots of room to live, grow, create, and bring in your own ideas. Our home has quiet corners for retreat and open spaces for sharing and community. It's located in a peaceful, green area right across from the Allschwil forest, which is just a 10-minute walk away.
Our garden is a little paradise – with regular visits from squirrels, birds, and even the occasional hedgehog. Nature is literally at our doorstep. And if you're wondering about city access: the tram and bus are just a short walk away and very convenient.
In the basement, we also have a small workshop space where you can tinker, repair things, or just store your stuff. There's a secure spot for your bike – either outside or indoors if you prefer.
Who we are:
Sugi – Chemist, calm and warm-hearted, with a subtle sense of humor
Tobias – Homeopathy student, open, funny, and thoughtful
Iris – Dentist working on her PhD, joyful and kind
Conny – Car body painter, outdoorsy, communicative, and nature-loving
We also live with two sweet cats who are very much part of our home and community.
Community matters to us – this is not just a place to sleep, but a real home. We enjoy cooking together, sharing life, supporting each other, laughing, and sometimes starting projects. Of course, having personal space and downtime is just as important to us.
