Single room for rent - 4057 Basel

Hoi zäme!
Für mein Wahlstudienjahr werde ich von Juni bis Ende Januar '26 nicht mehr in Basel sein, sondern Kliniken in anderen Städten erkunden. Deshalb vermiete ich mein gemütliches WG-Zimmer in einer 2er-WG in Basel (Kleinbasel, Hammerstrasse) zur Untermiete vom 1. Juli 2025 bis 31. Januar 2026.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Geschehen, aber ist trotzdem unfassbar ruhig.
Was dich erwartet:
- Helles, charmantes Zimmer mit viel Tageslicht (ca. 16 m²)
- Super Lage: 5 Min. zum Rhein, 10 Min. zur Uni & Unispital, 15 Min. zum Bahnhof SBB - mit dem Fahrrad bist du von hier gefühlt in 15 Minuten egal an welchem Ort in Basel :)
- Top Anbindung: Coop, Migros, Lidl, Aldi – alles in 5 Min. erreichbar
- Dein Mitbewohner: Studiert Zahnmedizin, ist aufgeschlossen, sportlich, entspannt und für spontane Aktionen zu haben
- Ausserdem haben wir eine sehr coole Hausgemeinschaft mit tollen Nachbar*innen
Wen wir suchen:
Jemand, der zuverlässig und sauber ist (ich möchte mein Zimmer ja mit gutem Gewissen überlassen können ;) ), sich in einer entspannten WG wohlfühlt und auch mal Lust auf gemeinsames Kochen oder ein Feierabendbier hat. Neben dem gern gelebten Miteinander darf die Ruhe auch nicht zu kurz kommen - so wie es eigentlich jeder haben möchte.

Miete: 650 CHF (exkl. Nebenkosten)

Hello everyone!
For my elective year of study, I will no longer be in Basel from June to the end of January '26, but will be exploring clinics in other cities. That's why I'm subletting my cosy room in a shared flat for 2 people in Basel (Kleinbasel, Hammerstrasse) from 1 July 2025 to 31 January 2026.
The flat is in the centre of the action, but still incredibly quiet.
What you can expect:
- Bright, charming room with lots of natural light (approx. 16 m²)
- Great location: 5 min. to the Rhine, 10 min. to the university & university hospital, 15 min. to the SBB train station - it feels like you can be anywhere in Basel from here in 15 minutes by bike :)
- Excellent transport links: Coop, Migros, Lidl, Aldi - all within 5 minutes' reach
- Your flatmate: studies dentistry, is open-minded, sporty, relaxed and up for spontaneous activities
- We also have a very cool house community with great neighbours
Who we are looking for:
Someone who is reliable and clean (I want to be able to leave my room with a clear conscience ;) ), who feels comfortable in a relaxed shared flat and also likes to cook together or have a beer after work. In addition to the pleasure of living together, peace and quiet should not be neglected - just as everyone wants it.
Rent: CHF 650 (excl. additional costs)
