Looking for roommate to move in second floor/loft of apartment including private bathroom and own washer/drier. Apartment is fully furnished and potential roomate would have access to all shared amenities. Appartment is on 5th floor (top of building), with elevator and two balconies, one with view of rhein. Total apartment is 2.0m^2.

Current tenant is 25 yo M doing PhD at biozentrum, speaks english and german, and spends a lot of time at lab.

Looking for roomate to move in July 1st.
