From July 1, 2025, or by arrangement, 2 rooms will be available in our 3.5-room apartment. The rooms are 20 sqm in size and cost 664.- per month each (including utilities; unfurnished).

The apartment is located in the St. Alban district, 1 minute walk from Aeschenplatz and is well connected by public transport via Aeschenplatz. The apartment is on the 5th floor with an elevator and has 1 large and 1 small bathroom, a spacious entrance area, kitchen with dishwasher, and 2 balconies with morning/evening sun. In the basement, there is a washing machine and dryer for shared use.

You will be living with Fiona (24), who will finish her studies in physiotherapy this summer. Even though it can often be busy, I look forward to occasional shared dinners or an after-work beer on our sunny balcony.
