The WG is limited until 30.06.2026 (1 year) due to renovations by the owner and cannot be extended at least there. If necessary, we will just look for a new apartment in the area :).
The apartment is located at Rheinstr., 4127 Birsfelden (Baselland) - directly adjacent to Basel (2 min on foot).

We are Felix, Jakob, and Joel.
Felix (27) is an animal caretaker at the animal shelter around the corner and originally comes from the area around Offenburg and is new to Switzerland for work :).
Jakob (32) works from home as a web developer. German, but grew up in Denmark and has roots in Bern with family and child. Jakob is therefore often in Bern - or in Greece for a few weeks with his love :).
"I am calm, tolerant, and flexible (and clean?). I enjoy many different genres of music, mostly electronic, go out occasionally, mostly to defragment on a dark dance floor and enjoy the music. It is important to me to maintain the balance between privacy and togetherness, and that the home is cozy and clean, where one can relax."
Joel (32) is the main tenant of the WG and works as a project manager in Basel. He would describe himself as having diverse interests and being tolerant. He is interested in sports and tries to create a balance to the office routine here.
During the week he is often in the office, in the evenings boxing, and regularly visiting friends and family in Germany (Stuttgart, Mannheim) on weekends. Like Jakob, Joel values a respectful and harmonious coexistence, without pressure, but the opportunity to exchange ideas and do something together when it fits.
