16 m2 shared room in spacious flat on Zuerichberg (available from 01 May)
One cosy room is becoming available in our shared flat and we are looking for a new female flatmate. The flat is located in the beautiful, quiet yet central area of Hottingen (District 7). Tram lines 3 and 8 are just a 5-minute walk away, and bus 33 stops right outside the door. A Coop supermarket is also just 5 minutes away.

The Apartment
You will share:

• Large living and dining room with a big TV
• Modern, fully equipped kitchen with two fridges and a dishwasher
• Two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower)
• Washing machine and tumble dryer in the flat
• Shared Cellar storage for additional space
• Covered bicycle parking space in front of the house

We also have a robot vacuum cleaner, and a cleaning service comes once a week for the communal areas (CHF 50/month, not included in the rent).

Your Future Flatmates
You will be living with five other people (currently 2 women, 3 men, aged 25-32). We are all working professionals, easy-going, and enjoy spending time together (cooking, having a beer), while also respecting each others privacy. We speak English, as well as German, Dutch, and Italian.
We are looking for an open-minded person in the same age range who would like to join our WG family and stay for at least one year.
