You will get two rooms for your sole use:
Room 1: approx. 12.5 sqm, quietly located towards the garden
Room 2: approx. 18 sqm with access to the balcony
Both rooms have parquet flooring and a built-in wardrobe each

WG life & about me
I am in my late 30s, I like to socialize ? but at home I prefer it quiet
I appreciate a tidy and reasonably clean apartment, without being overly fussy.
I like to cook, do a lot of sports and don't say no to an aperitif.
I work from home occasionally, but I am also regularly abroad for work and private reasons for several weeks/months (up to 6 months in total) ? during this time I will possibly sublet my room.
