THE ROOM IS *
We have 1 room available for rent, 16m2. We can furnish the room or leave it empty. The room has a wood floor and 2 windows facing a garden / yard.

You will be sharing a kitchen, living room (with fireplace), and bathroom with three others. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled in 2009, so everything is pretty new.

The room will be available from August 1st, 2025. It is possible that by the end of March 2026 we would have to move out because the house would be torn down and something new would be built. It is also very possible that we get yet another extension of the contract (it's been extended several times).

There is also a basement for storage, parking available in a driveway (CHF 50.- / month), outdoor pool, storage shed, and a small garden with berries, fruits, and flowers. There are currently 3 chickens in the backyard. In the shed behind the house, there are 2 washing machines and a dryer, room for bikes/tools/etc, and upstairs is a yoga/workout space.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR*
We are open to anyone who is intrigued by this listing. The house is a little old, but it definitely has a lot of charm. The most important would be that you get along with the current tenants.

WE ARE*
We are a very international group, the 3 other tenants in the space are Pablo (Spain), Stan (France) and Antonio (Italy). On the top floor with a separate kitchen & bathroom are the main renters, Jörg & Elizabeth (Switzerland & USA).

Everybody is traveling a lot and there are few times that everyone is in the house at the same time. We are all pretty independent and respectful of each other's privacy but we welcome the chance to have an occasional beer or dinner together.
