Single room for rent - 8910 Affoltern am Albis, Betpurstrasse 4

We are a shared flat in the middle of Affoltern am Albis on Betpurstrasse.
The room is available from July 2025, but we are very flexible.

5 minutes to the train station, 2 minutes to Migros and Lidl, 30 seconds to the nearest bar.
By train, it takes 28 minutes to Zurich (4 times an hour) and 16 minutes to Zug (2 times an hour).
By car, it takes 22 minutes to Zurich and 18 minutes to Zug.

We are Noah (22, works hard as a tent builder and is our chaotic one...), Mia (23, currently our only female support), Dario (26, caretaker who actually rides his bike to work) and Michi (47, service technician with a lot of home office and also often out privately when he finds someone to come along) in a cozy single-family house over three floors.
We are not a purpose WG, but of course respect privacy and closed doors. We look forward to a shared raclette, nice chats by the fire, and a cozy game night. Someone just has to take the initiative. Unfortunately, this has been a bit lacking lately. Somehow everyone is in a work routine?

On the ground floor, we have a living room (without TV, smoking is currently allowed here), laundry room, a large terrace, and Noah's large room.

On the middle floor, there is the kitchen with dining room, Mia's room, the room that will be free, and the bathroom with bathtub and shower and separate toilet.

At the top are Michi (when he is not out) and Dario. Together with a second bathroom with shower and toilet.

The room on the middle floor is paneled with wood, 15m2, two windows. Wifi and TV connection are available in the room and included in the price. There is also a spot for a car. The room is available from July 2025.

The house is a bit older, but very pretty and modernly furnished and brought up to date.
However, it is still quite noisy.
There is also a small garden seating area with grass and the possibility for a garden.
Unfortunately, our rental contract will not last many more years, as the house is being sold.

We would like to have someone in our shared flat who can communicate well in German.

With us, it is not shiny and that is how it should stay. But it would be great if you know what a vacuum cleaner is for and if you have no qualms about a cleaning cloth after cooking? ;-)
Applicants with pets are also welcome. Michi would like a zebra...
