Chayenne and Flo, two cheerful and relaxed 23/30-year-olds, are looking for a new roommate for our spacious shared apartment. The home is located in a friendly neighborhood and has bright rooms, a spacious kitchen and a large living room.

About us:
We are open-minded, sociable and respect privacy.
Your two roommates Chayenne & Flo are passionate hobby cooks. Chayenne loves cozy days and evenings and enjoys painting. Flo enjoys sports and especially skiing.

The offer:
Your own spacious room and shared use of the office (which you share with Florian). Shared use of kitchen, living room, basement and large balcony. We have two bathrooms with a shower or bathtub.
A harmonious and friendly cohabitation in a relaxed atmosphere.

The rent starts from July 1, 2025.

Costs:
The rent includes utilities and Wifi.
Rent deposit is 2920.-
1- Parking spaces are blue zone (40.-/M), covered (100.-/M) or garage (130.-/M).

The inventory per person belonging to the apartment amounts to approx. 600 CHF.

You are clean, tidy and responsible in dealing with shared spaces.
