From 15.06.2025 (or by arrangement), we are looking for a new roommate for our large 4.5-room maisonette apartment with its own garden seating area.

About us:
We are Nina (34), working in IT, and Michi (29), working in research at UZH. In our shared apartment, we value respectful, open, and friendly interaction. Besides personal space, we also enjoy cooking, grilling, watching TV, or just relaxing together.

Who we are looking for:
An open-minded, easy-going, and friendly person who values cleanliness and pleasant interaction.

• Living area: 112m², built in 2016
• Open kitchen with dishwasher
• Storage room with its own washing tower (washing machine + dryer)
• Storage room
• 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower
• Minergie standard, underfloor heating in all rooms
• Sunny garden seating area

About the room:

• 12.9m² on the 1st floor
• Use of the shared bathroom on the 1st floor
• Rent: Including utilities, internet, TV fees, and cleaning service (every 2 weeks); (excluding variable costs like electricity)

Our apartment is perfectly located for public transport users:

• Stettbach train station with direct connections to Winterthur, Zurich HB, and Stadelhofen
• Tram lines 7 and 9, Glattalbahn (directly to the airport) as well as several bus lines reachable in a few minutes
• Nearby: Sports facility Heerenschürli, jogging trails, bike path around Lake Greifen, Glattzentrum, various restaurants, and many walking paths in green areas.
