Hello!
I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely furnished room in a 3-room shared apartment in WOKO housing at Meierhofstrasse 3, Wädenswil. The rent is 800 CHF/month, all-inclusive (electricity, water, heating, laundry, you name it).
You'll be sharing the apartment with two other friendly flatmates. There are two toilets and one shower, plus a fully equipped washroom in the basement of the building.
The room (and apartment) is fully furnished, including a bed, desk, chairs, wardrobes, and a kitchen that's already stocked with everything you need, pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. Just bring your suitcase!
What makes this place special:

• You get a gorgeous view both day and night of the lake and vineyards from the balcony
• It's a 5-minute walk to the RA building, 10 minutes to Reidbach, and 15 minutes to Gruental
• Wadenswil train station is just 7 minutes away, and the lake is even closer
• Unlike other buildings with 4-room flats, this apartment only has 3 rooms, meaning more space and privacy for you
• Laundry on Sundays! Yes really, most places in Switzerland don't allow this, but since this building is for students, it's totally fine.

You should be under 28 years old and currently a matriculated student at a Swiss university (ZHAW, ETH, UZH, ZHdK, PHZH, HfH, KME, etc.)
