In our 4-person shared apartment at St. Anna-Strasse 38, a room will be available from June 1st. Our 160 m² old apartment not only offers charm and character but also a breathtaking view of Lake Lucerne and a spacious garden for shared use (which is currently being redesigned).

The available room

• Size: 17 m²
• Rent: CHF 750.–
• Additional costs: approx. CHF 100.–/month
• Move-in: binding from June 1st or July (please only apply if moving in at this time is possible)

Important:
Please apply only if you can reliably afford the total monthly costs of approx. CHF 850.–. We want to ensure that the shared living remains stable in the long term.

The apartment
Our 5.5-room apartment is located in the quiet Lützelmatt district and offers everything a shared apartment heart desires:

• Large, cozy living room
• Two large bathrooms with shower/WC or bathtub
• Additional small WC (guest WC)
• Own washing machine and dryer in the apartment
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
• Garden seating area with grill – ideal for summer (the garden is currently being redesigned, which gives us the opportunity to incorporate our own ideas, e.g., planting vegetables)

Location & connection

• Bus stop right outside the door – in 10 minutes you are at Lucerne train station
• Shopping opportunities in about 5 minutes by bus (or 20 minutes on foot)
• The music academy in Südpol is directly accessible by bus
• Other colleges/universities are also quickly reachable by public transport

A little introduction to the shared apartment
You would live with Daniel (35, school social worker & hobby cook), Loesa (25, radiology specialist & musical fan), and Sabrina (32, professional military & nature enthusiast).

We are an open, warm shared apartment where everyone has their own space and privacy is respected. At the same time, we appreciate the shared moments – whether it's a conversation in the kitchen or a cozy dinner.

We are looking for a roommate who values privacy but also wants to be an active part of shared living. Openness, respect, and a relaxed approach are important to us. You also have the opportunity to help us furnish and design the shared apartment.
