I'm Sandro (28, Swiss) and will be subletting my furnished room for six months from August to January. You'll be living with Mike (29, Swiss), a tax consultant, and Thomas (28, Swiss), an entrepreneur. The apartment is modern, bright, and located on the 11th floor, with amazing views over the city.

The location is super convenient, with Oerlikon train station just an 8-minute walk away, taking you to Zurich main station in 5-7 minutes. Bus connections at Max-Frisch-Platz are five minutes away, and tram number 14 stops at Felsenrainstrasse. For groceries and essentials, Coop, Aldi, and a gas station shop for late-night shopping are all within a five-minute walk. Right next to the building, you'll find an outdoor gym and a volleyball court, perfect for staying active.

You will share the bathroom with Mike, who is an early riser, so there shouldn't be any major scheduling conflicts. The apartment has all amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with a barista coffee machine, a washing machine, and a tumbler. There's also a balcony with a barbecue, which gets a lot of use in the summer.
