Limited from June 06, 2025 to June 09, 2025** I am looking for a subtenant for my furnished shared room in a maisonette apartment with a huge roof terrace directly at Helvetiaplatz.

Specifically, this includes:
- 1 bedroom, furnished with bed, bedside table and plants, chest of drawers and two clothes rails.
- 1 great roommate (34 years old)
- 1 approx. 75m2 large roof terrace with all-round view over Zurich (also beautiful in winter!)
- 1 living room, kitchen, own small bathroom, washing machine/tumbler in apartment
- a helpful and open neighborhood: we know each other in the house, share friendships, tips and help. There is a house chat and at least 1 aperitif felt per week
- 1 cleaning staff, who cleans the entire apartment and your two rooms twice a month
- all additional costs (electricity, water, internet, whatever) included

Who we are looking for:
Someone uncomplicated in our age, who is communally minded, but also gets along well alone. We are very familiar with each other on the 5th floor, like to cook together when we are at home together - nevertheless everyone has their own life. Because the apartment is spread over two floors, the roommate is employed and generally out and about a lot, there is enough space to retreat.
