The house is quietly located with a garden and terrace, balcony in a very attractive neighborhood (with cat) with a view of the mountains:

• Sunny, often above the fog, attractive for hiking, cross-country skiing, skiing, jogging, biking, walking, etc.
• 6 minutes on foot to shops and the indoor pool with sauna
• 6 minutes on foot to the post bus station with half-hourly service to Spiez
• 6 minutes by car to the motorway connection.
