Single room for rent - 3700 Spiez

Hello everyone
We are looking for someone (preferably female and between 20-30 years old) who wants to live in a furnished WG room with a balcony for 5 months while we are traveling. In the WG live Lea (22) and Philipp (25). We also have a very cuddly cat, Stalloney. The WG is quite large, we have 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a sauna (in the basement). The garden is quite large, very nice, and offers many places to linger. The property is located right next to a forest and is about a 5-minute walk from the train station, in 25 minutes on foot you are at the lake.
We are looking for someone who is tidy, likes cats, appreciates the garden, and is sociable. If you are interested in the room, just send us a message introducing yourself briefly.
