The 2-person shared apartment at Hardbrücke (until the end of April it is still a 3-person shared apartment) is super central, only 3 minutes on foot to Hardbrücke train station. Here around the Maag area, we have various supermarkets, bakers, hairdressers, doctors, restaurants, and cultural offerings. There are also two beautiful parks and the Limmat nearby.
A new female or male roommate is being sought from 01.03.2025. The available room is 14m² in size and has a view of the Primetower. The rent is 1770 CHF (half of the total rent). Additional costs for heating, electricity, internet, disposal fees, and the costs for a cleaning service are shared by 2. The deposit will be transferred to the previous tenant. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including a washing tower, as well as a spacious living room and kitchen. A total of 125m² of living space and an approximately 20m² large sun loggia. Another room will be available from May - how this will be used is still open. It is planned to convert the apartment from a 3-person to a 2-person shared apartment. A cleaning service comes every two weeks for the entire apartment. With the room, you would take over the furniture (wardrobe, bathroom furniture, curtains) for 170 CHF. The contract is expected to be limited to 12 months. The exact contractual details will be discussed with the main tenants Aylin and Raphael (who no longer lives in the shared apartment).
This is an open, tolerant, and drug-free shared apartment. Aylin is 33, an economist, and is currently taking a professional break. Alexa is 35, an aerial acrobat, and Negrita is her lovely dog (they will still live in the shared apartment until the end of April) and the use of her room is still open. An open and relaxed interaction in the shared apartment is important. Occasionally spending time together cooking, relaxing, or watching a movie together is appreciated.
