Single room for rent - 3053 Münchenbuchsee, Seedorfweg 35

5-person shared apartment in Münchenbuchsee. During my semester abroad, I am subletting my room from early February to the end of May 2026. Feel free to contact me if you cannot stay for the full four months or if you want to come a month earlier or stay longer. We will definitely find a solution.

Our shared apartment is located in a two-story single-family house in Münchenbuchsee near Bern in a quiet neighborhood. We have a large living room with a stereo system, a TV with various streaming subscriptions, and a Playstation 4. Our kitchen is admittedly a bit outdated, but it is well-equipped. (Air fryer, espresso machine, microwave, blender, etc.)

In addition, we have a lot of outdoor space and a large lawn area with a pavilion, table tennis table, and pizza oven. All of this is available for our exclusive use and brings a lot of joy, especially in spring and summer.

The room for rent is located on the ground floor, is very spacious, and fully furnished. (Wardrobe, desk, bed, desktop, etc.) More storage space is available in the attic and a large cellar. If you have a bicycle, you can securely store it in the cellar. Next to the house, there is an outdoor parking space if you own a car or a motorcycle.

The Münchenbuchsee train station is a 10-minute walk away, from there the S3 (BLS line Biel-Bern) takes you to Bern main station in 9 minutes. The bus stop Hofwilstrasse (RBS) is a 5-minute walk away, and with bus and train (changing in Zollikofen), you can reach Bern HB in 15 minutes. Or you can do it like I do and ride your bike to Bern, which only takes 25 minutes. If you're interested, you can use my bike for that.

Within a 10-minute walking distance, there is a Migros and a Denner.

Rent: 550 CHF/month
Additional costs: 50 CHF/month
We handle living together in such a way that we also share all groceries. For this, we pay an additional 250 CHF into a joint account. However, you can handle it however you want. If you prefer to shop and cook for yourself, you do not pay this 250 CHF, and we can make room for your personal groceries in the kitchen and fridge.

We are five guys between 23 and 27 years old who share a flat. We consist of 3 students and 2 employees. When we are at home, we usually have dinner together, share about our day, or watch football or a series together.

We value good coffee and good food, spend a lot of time in our own garden playing table tennis, and also enjoy having a beer together occasionally.

What is important to us: We not only value a clean and tidy living area, but we also want to cultivate a lifestyle of mutual interest and support each other. It is important to us not to be a purpose-driven shared apartment, but to share life and live in community. At the same time, we like a relaxed atmosphere where no one has to justify themselves.

We are looking for someone between the ages of about 20 and 35 who does not like to live alone and sees community in a larger shared apartment as an enrichment for their life.
