About the apartment
We rent out a 10m2 room in a 7.5-room apartment (4-person shared apartment) for 645CHF, immediately or by arrangement. The apartment is located in Aarau, a 2-minute walk from the Roggenhausen bus stop. The old town can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes, the train station in about 15 minutes.
A parking space and a garage can be rented for an additional fee if required.

The apartment has two bathrooms, two separate toilets, a kitchen, two large living rooms and its own laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is also a small inner courtyard belonging to the apartment. A well-equipped bar and everything else needed for life is at your disposal.

About us
We are two young men between 30 and 38 years old. We are currently looking for 2 new roommates.
We are often at work at different times and are otherwise often out and about. Therefore, our shared apartment life is rather quiet. However, if friends are visiting, the apartment offers plenty of space to get past each other or to do something together.

It is not important to us whether you are a woman, a man, young or old... We are all very open and look forward to meeting new people.

Because we have unfortunately had bad experiences with people who have not paid, we require a deposit before moving in.
