The room is approximately 20m2, very bright and quiet, furnished with its own bathroom and balcony on the upper floor of a single-family house. Uncovered parking is available. No cooking facilities in the kitchen, only a small refrigerator, microwave, and kettle are available.

We preferably seek a weekly resident (non-smoker without pets) who is communicative and open and is looking for an uncomplicated and quiet coexistence.

The room is available from August 1, 2025, or by arrangement, for an unlimited period or also only for a certain limited period.

We are a retired couple (around 70 years old) who enjoy doing things in and around the house. We like to be in nature, meet friends, babysit grandchildren, play games, and many other things.
