I am looking for a person (m/f) who wants to live in a great old building city apartment in the heart of Zurich. The apartment is right next to Europaallee and is only a 5-minute walk from Zurich main station. The apartment is completely renovated (kitchen & bathroom up to date). The room for rent is 15m2 in size.

A little about me:
I am Tobias, 26, cheerful and open-minded. I studied industrial engineering in construction in Constance and am currently working as a trainee at Implenia in Zurich. Cooking together, having a beer, chilling in the sun, and having good conversations are what I appreciate about shared living. Of course, I also need my peace and accept that from my roommate. You should have some experience with shared living and know how a cleaning plan works and what washing up is. What I do in my free time: a lot of sports (football, climbing, calisthenics, jogging, beaching), meeting friends, exploring new cities and countries.

• The apartment is located in the Langstrasse district (very busy and not always quiet)
• There is no balcony
• The rental deposit is 3 months' rent
• No rental deposit insurance will be accepted
