As our long-term roommate is moving out, we are looking for a new person who wants to be part of our small, uncomplicated shared flat team.

About us:

• Yanick, 30 (Lawyer): Works in the legal field, loves his piano, and also lifts weights diligently.
• Michael, 32 (Software Engineer): Active in sports, loves to cook passionately, and sometimes provides relaxed background music with his guitar.

We have known each other for many years and are well-coordinated. In everyday life, we are both quite busy, but we appreciate relaxed joint dinners, spontaneous drinks, or a quick chat in between. Everyone has their own rhythm, but we are also happy when shared flat life is not just about anonymous door closing.

About the apartment:

• 4.5-room apartment with a shared balcony in the living room and a large modern kitchen
• 5 minutes on foot to Altstetten train station, 3 minutes to the tram stop Bachmattstrasse
• Migros, Coop, Denner, and other shopping options are also just around the corner.
• In summer, the Werdinsel (swimming opportunities) is only about 10 minutes away.
• Your room is about 17 m² (3.8 x 4.5m) large, quiet, and bright. If desired, the box spring bed, wardrobe, and desk can be taken over.
• The apartment could possibly be taken over in the future (earliest 2026).
• Rent: CHF 1,220.– per month. (including Wifi, excluding additional costs)
• Important: This is an unlimited sublease.

What we wish for:
You are open, reliable, and appreciate a relaxed, respectful coexistence. Being employed would be ideal. Humor and a desire for a joint meal or after-work beer are, of course, a plus.
