Single room for rent - 3177 Laupen BE

The apartment is located right next to the Polycenter in Laupen, the train station is about a 10-minute walk away. The available room is slightly larger than 16m2. A lot of renovations were done in the apartment in 2023 (bathroom, floors, newly painted, etc.). The apartment also has a garden seating area. The laundry room is shared with two other parties.

I am looking for an open and uncomplicated person (m or w), preferably between 20 and 35 years old. Since I have cats, you should be somewhat fond of animals. Occasionally having dinner together or playing a game of Mario Kart would be nice, but it's not a must.

I (f, 26) have just completed my studies and am employed. In my free time, I enjoy reading a lot. I have three cats, one of which is currently allowed outside, while the other two are indoor cats.
