Single room for rent - 3110 Münsingen

I (she, 57) am looking for a roommate for a cozy single-family home in Münsingen.
The house has 6 ½ rooms and has a beautiful terrace and a wild garden where not only insects and birds feel comfortable.
From here you are a 10-minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes from the Aare River. Bern and Thun are easily accessible by public transport in about 15 minutes and by bicycle or e-bike in about 30 minutes.
We each have two rooms for personal use. The other rooms including living room, kitchen, bathrooms, cellar and garden are used and maintained together. It would therefore be great if you enjoy shaping the house and garden.
I have already lived with very different people, but so far more in communities of purpose. Now I wish that the house will become a real home for a roommate and that we can shape our life together and on an equal footing. It is therefore also important to me that my roommate speaks a language that I also speak (German, English, French), and lives vegetarian/vegan and environmentally conscious.
I work part-time and am about two days a week in the home office.
I really like children and pets. I would therefore also be happy to receive an application from a parent with a younger child or a person with a dog.
The target price is CHF 1'200.--. Occupancy possible by arrangement.
