We are Lydia (23 years old, student), Cécile (28 years old, lawyer) and River (Border Collie, 10 months old) and we live an uncomplicated shared living life. Since we are all mostly busy, we often go our own ways and follow our own daily rhythms. Lydia is working part-time while studying. Cécile is currently also working part-time and preparing for the bar exam. In addition, she has a few side jobs that keep her busy. River is often busy sniffing around and when he doesn't have too many silly ideas in his head, he loves to rest at home. Lydia will be abroad from September 2025 to February 2026, so the apartment will initially be shared by two.

We really enjoy having meals together from time to time and exchanging ideas about all sorts of things. We fundamentally care about having a quiet shared living environment. But of course, you can also invite a friend over. However, we are definitely not a party flat. We value order and cleanliness to a reasonable extent; we currently do not have a cleaning schedule because it works very well without one, but we are of course open to it if needed.

It has 2 large bedrooms, a small bedroom, a large living/dining room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and 2 balconies. All rooms are equipped with parquet flooring. It includes 2 attic and one cellar compartment as well as 2 laundry rooms accessible to all residents. In addition, there is a large garden for shared use. The 5 apartments in the multi-family house are mostly inhabited by a diverse community of currently 3 singles and one couple. The housemates are between 24 and 61 years old. It is an open and friendly community in the house, where contact is possible but not a requirement. Your room is about 15m2 and has a balcony. You will share the bathroom with Lydia.
