The flat share: 4-person flat share fully equipped (very large common areas with living room-dining room-kitchen, balcony, small laundry room, 2 bathrooms, cellar)

The room: about twelve square meters with 2 large built-in wardrobes and a bed.

Profile sought: Young worker/student between 25 and 35 years old, who plans to stay for at least 6 months, who is respectful, calm and wants to invest in the life of the flat share. Animals are not allowed in the apartment.
