Room furnished with a bed, a nightstand, a bedside lamp, a table, chair, wardrobe, and a refrigerator. Bed linen and fast Wi-Fi are included.

Shared kitchen with a microwave, ceramic stove, oven, and dishwasher. Also equipped with many pans and dishes/cutlery, etc. On the floor, there are showers and toilets. Washing machine/tumbler in the basement are also available.

We have different room sizes available. For this reason, prices can vary from CHF 750.- to 900.-. Upon request, a second bed can be placed in the room for an additional charge depending on the size of the room from CHF 350 to 500.-/month. A deposit of CHF 500.- must be paid and will be refunded upon return of the rental property including keys.

Included in the price are: rent, heating and additional costs, electrical energy, disposal costs, Wi-Fi, and weekly cleaning of the commonly used areas (living room, corridor, kitchen, bathroom, toilet).

A parking space can also be rented for CHF 50.-/month.

Can be terminated with a 1-month notice period at the end of the month.
