I will soon be moving out of our shared apartment, and my roommate Florian (26) is now looking for someone new for the free room in a 2-person shared apartment.

Flo (26) is super relaxed, friendly, and just pleasant to live with. He is totally uncomplicated, which makes shared living really relaxed. Sometimes you chat in the kitchen about the day, sometimes everyone does their own thing – it was the perfect mix for me. The shared apartment is rather quiet and cozy, not a party household, but still always has a good atmosphere.

He likes to play football, is very helpful, always has an open ear – and a Thermomix (yes, really 😄). He also loves to drink mate, which is gladly shared if needed.

I am looking for an open and relaxed roommate. It is important to me that it is not just a purely functional shared apartment – I am happy when we occasionally do something together, cook together, or wind down the evening comfortably. At the same time, I respect it very much when everyone also needs their own retreat space and time for themselves. The apartment has 2 balconies.

The room is spacious and located in a quiet area. It is garden-facing and thus offers a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. There is a bathroom with a shower/bathtub. The washing machine is located in the apartment. There is also a small room where you can eat together with 5 people. The apartment is a 3.5 room apartment.
